I would describe myself as an amateur photographer but I have a Fine Art background, so my aesthetic eye is fairly sound... I just don't always remember the correct settings for effective shooting. I prefer a commitment to the surprises of analogue photography and I hope that film photography will persist for decades to come. I love the potential randomness of shooting film and I'm the first to confess that vintage film cameras are aesthetically beautiful and easily fetishised.

No shooting for a while, but film to develop
I haven't taken any of my cameras outside because it is winter and it's wet, but I do have film to develop and I have long forgotten what is on them... this is what I look forward to: The surprise of what will be on these rolls of film. Once they are developed I'll scan and post some of them here.
